RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the agency in meeting business goals through agreed-upon duties and sales support
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance solutions
- Support sales producers by managing administrative tasks and helping with client communications
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to develop insurance sales skills
- Build relationships with clients using qualified leads provided—no out-of-pocket cost for prospecting
- Shadow experienced agents to learn sales techniques and client management
- Contribute to the team’s success through effective communication and collaborative work
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Full-time student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program for the duration of the internship
- Coursework or interest in Insurance, Financial Services, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Motivated self-starter eager to learn, grow, and pursue a career in insurance sales
- Willingness to obtain insurance licenses and master agency systems
